HypnoBirthing International, The Mongan Method is a unique childbirth education programme using self-hypnosis, designed to assist the mother during pregnancy and childbirth. The programme covers pre and postnatal bonding, nutrition, birth preparation in the form of breathing, exercises, positions for birthing and relaxation. It uses suggestion, visualisation, guided imagination and relaxation.

HypnoBirthing International The Mongan Method shows the simplicity of our ability to eliminate fear, tension and pain that so often interferes with the woman’s natural instincts to birth and through our comprehensive Child Birth Education programme the mother learns how to prepare mind and body.
There is nothing wrong with Labour, just the wrong kind of attention given to the woman. The attention that is far from the calm, natural, normalcy of birth that is often misleading women into a birth that is managed and compromised.

Our classes run over a five-week period with each class running 21/2 hrs and is conducted by Gold Seal Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioners. I will be conducting the classes below and I am a Life Time Member and ex-Faculty of HypnoBirthing International.
