Incredibly babies have their own universal language. The sounds babies make are for the first time distinguishable thanks to the gift of Priscilla Dunstan who had the ability to distinguish subtle sounds her baby Thomas made before he cried. Priscilla listened and made sense of these sounds which enabled her to identify the Five distinct sounds that babies made to give their mother messages about the way they were feeling at that moment.
Each of the cries identified, gives specific information about their needs. Dunstan Baby Language was born.
